Join us for an exciting day of fellowship, friendly competition, and outdoor fun at our Trap Shooting Tournament! Whether you are an experienced shooter or new to the sport, this event is designed to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for participants of all skill levels.

Participants will compete in teams of five shooters. Each shooter will rotate through five shooting positions and shoot five clay targets from each position for a total of 25 shots. Each successful hit is worth 10 points.

Don’t have a Team?  You can still register as a SOLO Shooter and we will assign you to a team with 4 other shooters who are also registered as SOLO!

Awards for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place teams as well as 1st, 2nd, 3rd place highest score individual shooter.

Squad Sponsor – Fuel a Team of Five – $80

Become a Squad Sponsor and help “fuel” one of our shooting squads for the day!

Each squad consists of five (5) shooters, and every registered shooter receives one complimentary lunch plate during the tournament. As a Squad Sponsor, your contribution covers the cost of lunch for an entire squad, helping ensure that participants are well-fed and ready for a great day of fellowship and friendly competition.

Your support directly provides:

  • Five (5) complimentary lunch plates (one for each shooter in the squad)
  • Recognition as an official Squad Sponsor
  • The satisfaction of supporting both the event and the participants in a meaningful and practical way

Includes:

  • Fee goes towards purchase of Clays for Tournament

Sponsor a Squad Game with Sign
Includes:

  • Exclusive sign placement during 1 official squad game

Elite Sponsor Package – $300
Limited to only twelve (12) sponsors
Includes:

  • Sponsorship of clay targets used during the event
  • Company name and/or logo placed on the back of the official event shirt alongside other sponsors
  • Recognition as an official tournament sponsor
Premier Sponsor Package – $500
Limited to only two (2) sponsors
Includes:

  • Sponsorship of clay targets used during the event
  • Exclusive logo placement on one sleeve shoulder of the official event shirt
  • More prominent logo visibility separate from all other sponsors
  • Recognition as a Premier Tournament Sponsor
Sporting Vendor Booth – $100
Limited to five (5) sponsors
Includes:

  • Vendor booth space at the event
  • Opportunity to promote products and services related to hunting, shooting sports, firearm safety, and outdoor recreation

Vendor Booth applications are subject to approval by event organizers and should align with the outdoor sporting and hunting atmosphere of the event.

Food Vendor Booth – $75
Limited to three (3) vendors

Includes:

  • Vendor booth space for a tent or food truck at the event
  • Opportunity to serve food and beverages to participants and attendees
  • Exclusive access to sell meals to spectators, families, and guests
Food Vendor Requirements:
  • Must accept official shooter lunch vouchers
  • Must provide ten (10) complimentary lunch plates to cover two full squads of registered shooters (five shooters per squad)
  • Additional meals for spectators, guests, and any extra plates requested by shooters beyond their one complimentary lunch ticket will be sold at the vendor’s standard event pricing
The reduced vendor sponsorship fee is intended to help offset the cost of the complimentary meals provided to registered shooters while giving vendors the opportunity to generate additional sales throughout the event.

Snack Vendor Booth – $50
Limited to four (4) vendors

Includes:

  • Vendor booth space for a tent or table at the event
  • Opportunity to sell snacks, desserts, beverages, and other concession items to participants and attendees
  • Access to promote and sell products throughout the duration of the event
  • Recognition as an official event snack vendor
Official Event Shirt
Every registered shooter will receive an official tournament shirt featuring the event logo on the front and sponsor logos based on sponsorship level.

Safety Requirements
Safety is our highest priority. All participants must read and agree to the Trap Shooting Rules and Safety Guidelines prior to participating.

Required Liability Waivers
All participants must complete the appropriate liability waiver before participating.

Minor Liability Waiver (12-17):
A parent or legal guardian must complete the Minor Liability Waiver and remain on-site for the entire time the minor is participating.

Logo Submission Requirements
Sponsors must upload a high-quality logo in one of the following formats:

  • PNG (transparent background preferred)
  • SVG
  • PDF
  • AI or EPS
For best print quality, artwork should be 300 DPI or higher.

Sponsorship Availability
All sponsorship opportunities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Premier Sleeve Sponsorships are limited to two total sponsors.

Payment and Approval

Make checks payable to First Pentecostal Church and add Trap Tournament on memo line.

**Sponsorship placement is not guaranteed until registration is completed, payment is received, and artwork is submitted and approved.
